Anchor us Lord,
in your gospel
and your kingdom.
If the storms of life
assail us
and the solidities
and sureties
we have built
for ourselves
fail to stand,
remind us
that your house
is built not on sand,
but on the firm rock
of your love,
welcoming
and open
to all.
