Grant us, Lord,
such trust in you
and openness
to your word,
that we may
ever be ready
to hear the whisper
of your voice
in our hearts,
and always open
to your call,
even if it is
perplexing to us.
Keep us close to you,
guide us in your way,
use us to bless others.
