Give us, Lord,
a patient faith,
a disciple’s faith,
that we may follow
your lead and your will,
even when it takes us
out of our comfort zone,
outside our own plans.
Free our hearts
and release our voices
to speak your words of love,
to proclaim your peace,
to all.
