#MorningPrayer
We are human, Lord;
as we get used to things,
and to people,
and even to your love,
their familiarity can dull
the value we give them.
Inspire us to see afresh
the joys they bring,
to appreciate them anew,
as if we were seeing
spring burst forth
for the first time.
