At times of loss, Lord,
our cry can be
‘in the midst of life,
we are in death’;
renew our faith and our joy
at your empty tomb,
and remind us that
in you we find that
in the midst of death,
we are in life,
for your love overcomes all
and leads us into your kingdom.
