Give us a passion, Lord,
for the truth:
the truth of your love,
which overcomes all evil
and keeps us bound to you;
the truth of your mercy,
which offers new life for all;
the truth of your justice,
which heralds your kingdom;
the truth of your hope,
leading us on.
