Today, Lord,
as we contemplate the life
of the Blessed Virgin Mary
and as we give thanks for her,
help us to emulate her faith,
which was ready to say yes,
ready to follow,
ready to point others
toward you.
May her Magnificat
inspire us
to the work
of your kingdom.
