Word of God,
you go forth
and the universe is created;
Word incarnate,
you speak a word
and people are healed, restored to you.
Word of the Spirit,
you speak to us,
to guide, to bless,
to challenge, to encourage.
Word of life,
help us trust in you,
and heed your call.
