to speak your words
to the world,
to proclaim
the gospel
of your grace

May we be instruments
of your kingdom,
animated by your breath,
working in harmony

fashions the clay;

and cynicism easy,
if we struggle to see
the reality
of your presence
or know the blessings
of your peace,
reassure us
that you know us

in brightness
for all the world;
raise up your church
