You know, Lord,
that our human fragility
is not capable
of the strength
to resist
every temptation
to go wrong,
or to withstand
every pressure
to fail you.
Fill us with your risen life,
with your Holy Spirit;
may we be
guarded and guided
by your love
in all things.
