Keep us alert
to your calling
upon our lives, Lord;
ever responsive
to your Spirit,
always ready
to follow where you lead
and rejoice in your love.
May the
preoccupations
and priorities
of our egos
never get in the way
of the purposes
and promises
of your kingdom.
