Our tendency, Lord,
is to want to belong,
to be included,
to be wanted.
Keep us from
letting those desires
pull us onto bandwagons
and away from you.
When the crowd
is pursuing
a different path,
give us courage
to follow you,
to shine your light,
to show your love.
