Clothe us, Lord,
with the qualities
of your kingdom.
Instil them
within our hearts,
that we may be ready
to meet what life brings us,
in a spirit of Christlikeness:
standing for truth,
working for justice,
building peace,
seeking the common good,
showing your love.
