#MorningPrayer
By your wounds, Lord,
we are healed;
wounds which
revealed you in
your resurrection.
May we embrace you
as our wounded healer,
and let you redeem us;
not by erasing
the wounds we carry,
but in loving us
through the hurts
they signify,
into the new life
you reveal.
