Lord, you wept
for love of Jerusalem;
hear us as we today weep
for the land of your birth,
the land we call holy.
Bring to all,
whether Israeli or Palestinian,
whether Jew, Muslim,
Christian, or none,
the blessings of
your peace and justice,
your mercy and love.
