Hold our focus, Lord,
on the source
of our identity, our confidence,
our salvation, our belonging;
hold our focus on you,
that we may never
seek those blessings
from elsewhere,
from our own efforts,
from others,
from worldly
wealth or systems.
Keep our gaze on you.
