Lord,
keep us faithful in prayer,
persistent in prayer,
open in prayer;
as we pray, remind us
that we are children of one Father,
sisters and brothers together.
Inspire us to pray
for the coming
of your kingdom,
not our own;
so may we
follow your will,
not our ego.
