Give us, Lord,
hearts like yours;
hearts that prefer
the power of love
to the prison of legalism,
hearts that prefer
the generosity of humility
to the grasping of power,
hearts that prefer
giving for good
rather than grubbing for gain.
Give us hearts full of grace.
