In Eden, Lord,
the selfishness
and sinfulness
of humanity
led to death,
and our exile
from the garden
in shame.
At Easter,
your selfless
and sinless
bearing of our sins
led to new life,
and our mission
to go from that garden
in your love,
bearing good news
for all.
