Lord, open our ears,
our hearts, our minds,
that we may truly listen
for your guidance,
your wisdom, your calling.
Help us prepare,
in our lives and in the world,
the way of your kingdom,
to turn into it, and away from
that which diverts us,
that we may follow you.
