Fill us, Lord,
with watchfulness
and wakefulness,
openness and obedience,
to be awake
to your presence with us,
your coming to us day by day
in the gift of your Holy Spirit,
and to your coming again
to bring the fullness
of your kingdom.
Make us ready
to greet you.
