Make us ready, Lord,
like Simon of Cyrene,
to take your yoke upon us
and share with you
in the work
of your kingdom.
Open us fully
to the truth
of your love,
that we may seek
not to dress you
in garb of our
own devising,
but to reveal
your glory
and majesty
to all.
