Fill us, Lord,
with a desire
to be your people,
to be in your presence.
Save us
from the temptation
to value only
what we do;
help us to be,
to know the value
of being.
May the fragrance
of our prayer
delight you;
may your word to us
inspire, challenge
and refresh.
