Instill in us, Lord,
the same spirit
of wisdom
and gentleness
that you showed
to those in need
of your healing
and grace;
the same spirit
that characterised
the life of
your bishop Aidan.
May we walk
with one another
as you walk with us,
and reveal
new life
to all.
