Lord,
make us ready
to hear your voice,
and receptive to your call,
whether it be to work,
or watch, or wait.
Give us your gifts
of discernment,
that together we may
prayerfully perceive
what you ask of us;
and faith,
that we may be
ready to respond
with our ‘yes’.
