We are your body, Lord,
one in you,
for you choose
to dwell in us.
As your Church,
may our hallmarks
be love, welcome,
nurture and unity in you.
May we offer
your mothering love
to one another,
rejoicing in and
giving thanks for
all who mother us
in life and faith.
