You make with us, Lord,
a covenant of promise,
a covenant of hope,
a covenant of new life,
which you seal
by the gift of yourself,
your love, your life,
to show your promise
is steadfast and sure,
to show that hope
is solid and certain.
May we live it out,
for all.
