As we face the trials
and temptations of life,
Lord, keep us open
to the guidance
of your Holy Spirit,
keep us full of the wisdom
of your kingdom,
keep us faithful to the way
you call us to travel.
Let us put our trust
in your love
and not the love
of selfish gain.
